Briefed to design renovations for a heritage listed home in Leichhardt Council area.

A pre-DA was done with builder designers, Incontext Design Pty Ltd, to maximise probability of compliance with council’s strict regulations. Close collaboration followed during the renovation design process and the DA is currently pending.
